四 | 他表示，要统筹平衡医疗服务提质、医保基金安全、医药产业高质量发展等多重价值导向，推动“三医”协同改革“分年度、分领域、分部门”目标的协同耦合。建立“三医”协同治理考核评价体系，压实层级、部门和医疗机构责任。　　针对优质医疗资源区域分布不够均衡的现状，重庆市政协委员钟远平建议，推进优质医疗资源均衡布局，按规划完善公立综合医院、中医类医院、专科医院、区县域医疗卫生次中心及社区医院的机构设置和功能定位。推动三级医院、区域医疗中心等优质医疗资源在渝东北、渝东南、边远地区和基层科学布局、有效延伸。　　完善老年连续性健康照护服务是检验医疗、医保、医药协同治理成效的重要标尺。重庆市政协委员杨邦维建议，进一步完善重庆市老年照护连续性服务保障体系，均衡布局三级安宁疗护网络，补齐区域资源短板。统筹市、区县、社区三级安宁疗护床位规划，推动每个区县建成标准化安宁疗护病区，下沉舒缓服务至乡镇卫生院、社区养老机构。

五 | 搭建全市安宁疗护电子地图，方便民众就近查询。

六 | 　　医疗机构制剂串联临床诊疗、医保支付、医药产业，是“三医”协同发展的关键结合载体。

七 | 重庆市政协委员周书永建议，健全分层培育体系，稳定制剂供给增量，搭建“民间验方—协定处方—院内制剂—中药新药”全周期培育链条，滚动更新全市优势制剂资源库。　　在重庆市政协委员王勇德看来，中医药传承创新是增进民生福祉的重要抓手，深化“三医”协同是破解发展堵点、激发内生动力的核心路径。他建议，推动名老中医经验数字化传承等应用场景落地；在渝东南、渝东北布局建设市级中医区域医疗中心，在全市三级综合医院推行中西医联合查房、会诊制度，建设中西医协同“旗舰”科室、推广多病种中西医结合诊疗方案。(完) 【编辑:何颖】。
